Over the next few articles, I will share insights I've experienced with building and maintaining a personal power prayer practice. 

1. Establish a daily prayer routine. Repetition builds energetic power for you and the impact of your prayers.

2. Pray for yourself so you bring the best for yourself physically and spiritually.

-Lack of belief weakens the effect of your prayers for others.

-Heal yourself. Love yourself. You cannot give what you do not have.If you don’t love yourself or truly care for yourself, how can you truly love and care for others?
