Wash them with soap and water and look for any cuts, sores, swelling, or infected toenails. Wear shoes that fit well, but aren’t tight and don’t hurt your feet. Keep the toenails trimmed and file down the sharp corners. Lastly, rotate shoes rather than always using the same pair each day to avoid repetitive friction and blisters.
