2019 Magline Price Increase
Dear Valued Customer,
As you may be aware, the United States Office of the Trade Representative finalized a new tariff on $200 billion worth of imported Chinese goods back on September 24, 2018. All items identified, as classified, under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States with a country origin of China were subject to a 10% duty upon importation into the United States. Through the year, Magline, Inc. has absorbed the raw material increases and tariff costs. However, to ensure the continuance of supplying high quality products, Magline, Inc. has implemented a price increase effective January 1, 2019. Thus, effective the same date, CWIH, Inc. will be required to implement a 6%-9% price increase on applicable Magline items. CWIH will honor all old pricing on orders placed by the end of business day, Friday December 28, 2018.
