A graduation ceremony was held Thursday, November 14, 2019,  for the third class of Coryell Health Nursing Aides this week at Trinity Baptist Church. The program was developed and taught by Coryell Health RehabLiving and graduating students receive the title, Certified Nursing Aide (CNA). The roles of a CNA include providing hands-on healthcare to patients in medical settings, dressing and assisting with basic activities of daily life. Jeff Mincy, Director of Patient Experience & EMS, told the crowd that attended the graduation, “CAN’s are vital to the entire Coryell Health system, providing patient care in the hospital, RehabLiving, assisted living, and in our medical clinics.”
