President

The president is an elected official responsible for overseeing the chamber. Vice-President

Vice-presidents can be tasked with overseeing internal and external affairs. Treasurer

Secretary

The secretary serves a crucial administrative role within a chamber. When questions arise, the secretary references the proper bylaws for clarification. They’re also integral in board relations, such as keeping attendance records during meetings and identifying when a position needs to be filled. 

Directors

Board directors are responsible for determining policy. As a community organization, a chamber will establish unifying goals, which are often determined by the directors. They also make decisions about budgeting, hold elections, and review proposed changes to bylaws.
