Take regular breaks when you're on a drive that is over an hour long. Occasionally, pull over somewhere safe and step out of the car in order to stretch your back and legs out. This has the added bonus of breaking up the monotony of a long drive. 

2. Position Yourself Well

Avoid reclining your seat too far back. Instead, move your back rest so that it's touching your shoulders all the way down. Make sure you're positioned with your back fully against the rest. Take a look at where the mirrors are facing, ensuring you can see them easily without leaning so much that you're causing stress in your neck. Consider utilizing a car lumbar support pillow for your lower back.

3. Avoid Bad Habits

Some practices that are normalized can be pretty bad for your back. Keeping items in your back pockets, such as a large wallet or house keys, can misalign your back. This off-center posture is not only bad for your spine, but will last for the length of your many drives throughout the week. Clear your back pockets of any items before sitting, and keep your car seat clear of items so you can sit flat.
