Governor Larry Hogan has ordered all non-essential businesses to close as of 5 p.m. March 23, 2020.  Under the order, lawyers are considered essential for the support of the judiciary and can remain open.  Nonetheless, in the interests of safety and supporting our community, the Law Offices of Frank E. Turney, P.A. has implemented a remote work plan.  We will also have one staff member in the physical office at 920 Frederick Road periodically.  We are encouraging  communication via the phone or email.  Current clients will also be able to use our client portal.  We can also continue to file court documents electronically.   

In an effort to give back and assist those who are struggling, the office is reducing all fees in all practice areas for new cases as well as offering payment plans.  Please contact us to discuss your specific case and the new reduced  legal fee.   If you are a current client and will have issues paying please contact us.  We are here to help.  Thanks and stay safe.
