Mild to moderate exercise for thirty minutes a day

up to three times a week is considered safe.

Remember to avoid prolonged standing without moving.

Also avoid exercises in which you may lose your balance.

Beginning with the fourth month of pregnancy it is best to

avoid lying flat on your back.

Low impact aerobics are considered safe.

Walking for ten minutes three times through the day is

beneficial.

Swimming, water aerobics for fifteen minutes a day up 

to three times a week is considered helpful.

Vacuuming, light yard work for up to fifteen minutes is

a common way to combine daily activity with work.
