Apply Isopropyl Alcohol

Dip a cotton swab or a Q-tip in the alcohol, squeeze out the excess, and use the swab to clean hard-to-reach crevices. 

Use Disinfecting Wipes

If you just want a quick way to sanitize the phone after someone else has used it, keep a packet of sanitizing wipes handy. Use one or more to wipe down the front and back surfaces for a few seconds as well as your hands before using the phone. It's not as thorough as the alcohol application, but it is fast and easy and should keep you safe from infectious contaminants.
