If you need help solving common technology issues, we are available to assist via remote tech support, audio and video conferencing services, as well as in-person. Our techs are available 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday to help troubleshoot and diagnose software issues, slow loading apps, odd noises, computer or laptop shutdowns, and more! 

If your situation requires a repair, you can ship your device to us to repair and we will ship it back. Talk about service! If you want to visit in person, we’re offering curbside drop off, pick up, and delivery options. Should you choose to visit Experimax Portsmouth in person, it is highly encouraged to schedule an appointment.
