3. Place the Contact Lens in Your Eye

Once you're in position, guide the contact lens to your eye and lightly adhere it to the surface of the cornea using a mirror for help. You don't need to apply any pressure, as contact lenses are designed to adhere to the natural moisture in your eye. This might take a little getting used to, but use whatever process feels natural. Some people prefer to look straight ahead, while others look upward and then make adjustments after. Repeat the process with your other eye.
