Thanksgiving is a time of reflection. It is a time to remember those who first celebrated this day and repeat their heartfelt thanks. It's a time to remember the friends who mean the most to us all year...friends like you.

Among the many things we have to be thankful for, one is our health...and the resource to maintain and improve it. As the year draws to an end, it is our wish that we contribute to you and yours being healthier and happier. We encourage you and your loved ones to receive regular chiropractic check-ups and enjoy life to the fullest.

As a means of expressing our thanks to you, we would like to give you the opportunity to introduce chiropractic care to a friend or loved one. Between October 19, 2015 and October 22, 2015, we will offer complimentary chiropractic, orthopedic, neurological examinations, any necessary x-rays, plus a report of findings of the examination for a donation to Urban Ministries to feed the homeless or Wounded Warriors. The normal charge to these types of exams range from $155-$230! This is an excellent gift you can give your friends and family who may need chiropractic care.

We would like you or your friends to donate a minimum of $20.00 during this special week, in which our clinic will donate to Urban Ministries or Wounded Warriors.

If you have not been treated or checked in three months or more, please feel free to use this letter for a complimentary check up as well.
