For example, raise your monitor until you can see the screen without looking up or down. Next, adjust your seat height until you can sit with both feet on the ground, with your knees at a 90-degree angle. You should also be able to type with your elbows at a 90-degree angle to prevent wrist and arm pain. 

2. Get Moving
