After attending Sullivan University’s Culinary Arts program, Chef Engle decided to embark on his lifelong dream of becoming a skilled chef. Along the road, he learned the importance of making breads and sauces in-house, and he further developed his passion for bright flavors and fresh foods.

As his proficiency in the kitchen expanded, Chef Engle began to develop a unique culinary point of view, which he describes as a blend of American Southern cooking and Classic French cuisine. Throughout his decade of experience in the culinary arts, Chef Engle has dazzled the taste buds of many celebrities, including Kevin Costner, Richard Dreyfuss, William Shatner, and John Calipari.
