In 1995, Tim and Barbara Leirer opened Pell City TaeKwonDo in Birmingham, AL, with one goal in mind: to provide a safe environment in which children and adults alike could experience the exciting, fulfilling practice of TaeKwonDo. Although their classes have since expanded, this mission remains the same.
