Each year, the Hawaii Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) honors Hawaii’s top residential condominium buildings, community associations and residential managers. For the 23rd year in a row, Hawaiiana Management Company properties and their managers took top honors at the IREM’s annual Awards Event, which returned to the Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach, after celebrating the event virtually in 2020. 

Five Hawaiiana-managed properties and managers were honored this year. In addition, Hawaiiana Management Company received the “Workplace Environment: Corporate Innovation” award, which recognizes excellence for innovative programs related to technology and marketing, which are transformative for the company. 

“Hawaiiana congratulates the award winners, and thanks the Institute of Real Estate Management for its long history of dedication to the real estate management industry,” said Hawaiiana Management Company President Jon McKenna. We also appreciate IREM’s recognition of Hawaiiana’s innovative programs as a company.
