Sean Peak Viola Review:

Having formerly worked in Chicago, Sean Peak currently resides in Hilliard, OH.  He is exclusively a viola maker and very sensitive to size issues which is apparent in his making.  The upper bout is fairly narrow while the lower bout is wider than normal.  The ribs are not overly wide as they are in many violas and the necks are thin.  This modeling, along with a choice of size in increments of 1/4”, allows performers to have the most comfortable size.

The tone of these violas is exceptional in all respects with a beautiful cello-like quality and incredible clarity throughout the tonal register.

Violas of Sean Peak are currently owned by High School and College Students as well as College Professors and Professional Symphony players.
