Cincinnati’s favorite window company has a long history of serving the surrounding community.  So here’s a brief overview of the history of Windows Plus!

Windows Plus was founded by Tom Stinchcomb in February of 1982 in Newtown, Ohio.  For many years, the company was located on Church Street in Newtown, next to the railroad tracks.  He built a solid foundation for the business, based on providing quality products, professional installation, and follow-up service after the sale.  Excellence in customer service was always a valued part of the company, and that tradition continues to this day.

In 2010, the ownership of Windows Plus was transferred to its present owners, Rick Young and Dennis Morris, who are both highly respected in the home improvement industry.  In an effort to expand business and better serve their customers, Rick and Dennis opened a new office and showroom at 7040 Main Street in Newtown, Ohio.  (Many people recognize the location as being the old post office!)

The company brought a renewed focus on perfection in what we do best:  vinyl replacement windows and steel and fiberglass entry doors.  With these two main products, the company also offers vinyl sliding patio doors, storm doors, and storm windows.

In addition to this renewed focus on doing what they do best, windows and doors, the company has also expanded their service region.  They now offer doors and windows in Dayton, Ohio, and the surrounding region.

Windows Plus has been growing for some time now, but their dedication to superior customer service has only become stronger through the years.  So if you’re shopping for new windows or doors, give Windows Plus a call.  Or visit our Cincinnati or Dayton website to find out more of what makes us the best window company in Southwest Ohio!
