    • EB-2/Those who posses an Advanced Degree or Those who posses an “Exceptional Ability” in art, science, or business.
    • EB-3/A Labor Certification
      • A person can obtain a Green Card with a sponsoring company; whether the company be a Tile Installing Company, a Pizzeria, or a Fortune 500 Company!
    • Certain “Special Immigrants"
      • A "Special Immigrant Juvenile"
        • Those who came into the U.S. as an Unaccompanied Child can obtain a Green Card
      • A widow of a USC or a Green Card Holder can obtain a Green Card
      • An abused spouse, child, or parent of a USC or a Green Card Holder can obtain a Green Card
    • EB-5
      • Those who invest $500k-$1 million in a business/project can obtain a Green Card
  • H1B Holders
    • A person with an H1B can obtain a Green Card after being the U.S. for six years through the Labor Certification Process. 
  • Victims
    • U Visa
      • A person that was a victim of a crime in the U.S. can obtain a Green Card.
    • T-Visa
      • A person that was a trafficking victim in the U.S. can obtain a Green Card.
    • Asylum
      • A person that was a victim of a crime in their country of origin, and cannot return to the country for fear of future persecution, can obtain a Green Card.
