We have had a lot of people come by the store thinking their iPhone® is broken because it doesn’t make any noise when they get a phone call. Often times this is a really easy fix. 

Do Not Disturb is a handy feature (when you know its turned on). But if you didn’t realize it was on, or even know what it was, it can be a real nuisance.

The easiest way to tell if your do not disturb is on, is to look in the top right corner of your display. if you see a half moon the iPhone has do not disturb turned on.

If you need to turn it off, its simple. Pull down from the top right corner until you see the screen below. Then hit the half moon one time (shown by the RED Arrow.
