Mr. Allen is a graduate of Davidson College and Vanderbilt University Law School and has been practicing law with Gess Mattingly & Atchison, p.s.c. for over 40 years.  He serves clients in a broad range of industries, including securities and financial services, energy, construction, and healthcare.  He practices at all levels of the state and federal court systems, including before the United States Supreme Court, and also has extensive experience with arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution procedures.  Mr. Allen is committed to helping his clients accomplish their objectives in an efficient and cost-effective basis by providing sound legal advice and counsel.

Samuel G. Carneal

Mr. Carneal is a graduate of Wabash College and the University of Kentucky College of Law and has been practicing law with Gess Mattingly & Atchison, p.s.c. for over 20 years.  His practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate law, business and commercial law, and healthcare law.  Mr. Carneal’s healthcare law practice focuses on practice group formation and operation, and securing Certificates of Need.
