History of the Site

20 years ago, Dreamscapes was hired to lay 35,000 square feet of brick pavers for this local business. Over the course of two decades, the excessive use of deicers every year has worn them down. The drains underneath the pavers have also deteriorated, causing everything needing replaced.                                                                

Scope of the Project

In 2020,Dreamscapes was hired once again to give the entire building a complete makeover. This transformation involves addressing the underlying drainage issues and rejuvenating the building’s curb appeal.

In June, Dreamscapes pulled up and removed all of the worn pavers.       A plumber re-worked and stabilized the drains.   Dreamscapes is now laying 35,000 square feet of new pavers, bringing in 339 pallets of new colors and placing them in a different pattern for a fresh and beautiful look. They are also giving the courtyard new tree boxes and new trees will be planted.

The project is expected to be completed by October 2020.
