Chopped Salad Meal Ideas

Chopped salads paired with lean protein make a healthy, quick meal!  

Try one of the varieties below, which are approximately 350 calories each!

  • ½ Bag Applewood Bacon Dole Chopped Salad (follow directions on bag) + 3 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast
  • ½ Bag Chipotle Cheddar Dole Chopped Salad (follow directions on bag) + 2.6 oz. pack of Sweet & Spicy Tuna + ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ Bag BBQ Ranch Dole Chopped Salad (follow directions on bag) + 8 Large Boiled Shrimp
  • ½ Avocado Ranch Dole Chopped Salad (follow directions on bag) + 2 Hard Boiled Eggs

Just mix and serve for two or have lunch ready for tomorrow with the 2nd serving! You can make your own mixture of chopped salads too, with fruits, veggies and toppings that need to be used up from your fridge and pantry!
