Start Training for your Life with this easy to follow & economically smart plan that begins with movement. If you can move, you can improve your life. Here’s how:
Step 1: Determine if your quality of life would improve if you were able to do functional exercises such as lift, push, pull, walk, run, bend or squat better than you can right now.
Step 2: If the answer if “YES” to Step 1, sign up for your personal movement assessment. A LifeSport Personal trainer will take you through a series of functional movements as a “home base” or starting point for your movement. Based on their findings, a plan will be formed for long term improvement. The assessment will take between 45 minutes to 1 hour and costs only $20.
Step 3: SHOW UP! Once you’ve been assessed, you will be invited to a group suited to YOU. The functional exercise class will be tailored based on the findings from your assessment. These class times occur in the morning, afternoons, evenings and weekends allowing every movement type an opportunity to improve.
