"I enjoyed my multi-night stay here. There was an older lady that was very....lets say, eccentric. I remember her being very passionate and particular about payment issues. The younger lady seemed to have a better understanding of what customer service is and why it should sort of be a thing when you're running a lodge. I didn't have any problems with my room. You have to set reasonable expectations. If you're older, wealthier, and want a 4-star experience...this probably isn't the place for you. But I give it 4-stars based on my reasonable expectations of what I was paying for. Having a restaurant so close is convenient, although I only ate there once. At night it seems to be a very popular spot but I don't drink and so it just wasn't really my scene. So the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because customer service could be improved a bit. But just don't go in blazing with the "the customer is always right" attitude and if you have any issues, try to win friends with honey instead of vinegar and you'll probably have a great experience like I did."... ...more
