What kind of money decisions should I not do?

Do NOT take money out of retirement accounts!  Retirement accounts are protected from creditors.  Whether you do or do not file a bankruptcy in 6 months, retirement accounts you get to keep so don't spend them.  Sensibly use your credit cards; if you can pay them off in 6 months, great.  If you can't, bankruptcy will get rid of them.
