Experimax is committed to the health and well-being of our customers and staff, and as such, we want to keep you informed of the changes we are making in regards to COVID-19..

We understand and appreciate the seriousness of the situation, and we are strictly following the guidance and recommendations from both our local authorities and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

If you need affordable devices to accommodate out of school kids or you are being forced to work from home, we can help.  Experimax can refresh old, broken laptops and desktops for a lot less than buying new devices.  We fix Mac, Windows and Android devices.  Need tech support from home?  We can assist you with remote tech support.

At this time, Experimax Avon remains open per the guidelines and recommendations from Indiana Executive Orders and the CDC. In addition to our comprehensive safety protocols and best practices, we have taken other preventative measures to prevent the spread of the virus.

 

These measures include:

 

  • We will be open Monday through Saturday 10am to 7pm for curbside pick up and drop off.  We are NO LONGER ALLOWED to let any customer inside the store.
  • Normal hours of operation will resume once these restrictions end.
  • Practicing social distance guidelines when taking orders
  • Cleaning all devices on sales floor frequently
  • Cleaning all devices after repair or service is performed
  • Staff members washing hands frequently
  • Appointments available
  • We can offer virtual computer tours and deliveries also(call the store for details)

 

Moving forward, we will continue to constantly monitor for new developments related to the situation and will reevaluate our actions as necessary.  We are in touch with the latest advisories/information about coronavirus.
