Scenic Circuit is a 10-mile loop that runs along the southern border of the Vermillion River gorge. The area is also home to CP Adams Park and Vermillion Falls Park. When you approach it, you’ll hear the sound of water cascading from the 35-foot waterfall.

Adjacent to the park is a historic site, the remains of the Ramsey Mill. Built in 1856, it was the first flour mill in the state. Additionally, the LeDuc Historic Estate—which was built during the Civil War era—is also near the Scenic Circuit. The house is an example of original Gothic Revival residential architecture in the United States, and it hosts tours for visitors.
