Sharing an email we just received from Ruel Maloco on his trip to Hawaii:

"I wanted to let you that Julie has been going above and beyond for me since I started working with Town and Country Travel 2-3 years ago. Recently, she helped with a vacation trip to Hawaii and she made it so easy for me and my family. Not only did she select the best place for us, she was able to help with coordinating everything smoothly with our travels. We have worked hard and saved money for this recent vacation in Hawaii, and I just can’t tell you how happy I was coming back with things going as planned. There was a slight hiccup at the end with construction projects at the resort but Julie was there to help reassure and make sure we were nowhere near the construction area. She was so willing to help me change plans, but at the end we stuck with the original plan and when we got there, we were so far away from the construction area that we didn’t even notice.

Every travel plan with Julie has been awesome! Thank you for having such a great person on your team, and I am one very satisfied customer. In addition, while Julie was out, Barb was able to jump in immediately to help me book a trip with such a short notice.

I used to do my own purchases through expedia and other online travel sites but I am now glad I can access your team and it’s worth paying the extra to have the convenience and the peace of mind that I have people that can help me when I need help just with a call or an email.

Having a couple of my own small business, I understand the value of having the right team to be successful. I can tell you, these two are quality employees and all the time I have worked with Julie and recently with Barb, I didn’t feel like a customer. I felt like a good friend that they wanted to help make sure I get what I need/want.
