Doc’s Seafood restaurant will anchor a new 20-acre mixed used development on Baldwin County Road 20 and Juniper Street in Foley between the OWA entertainment destination and Lowe’s Home Improvement store.  The project will feature a 200 upscale apartment units and construction will begin by the end of the year.
