Red bell peppers, kiwi, citrus, garlic, ginger, and turmeric contain vitamins C and A, as well as anti-inflammatory properties that protect the healthy cells in your body. 

3. Decompress

Stress plays a significant role in how well your immune system is able to function. When you are stressed, the effectiveness of the white blood cells that help fight viruses is reduced, increasing the chances of becoming sick. 4. Get More Sleep
