All tee-time reservations must be made on our website or through the Gallus Golf Mobile App.

1. Please contact the Pro-shop at (808) 883-9621 if the following applies:
   • Groups of 12 or more.
   • You have a Gift card/Gift certificate to redeem.
   • Schedule a 9-hole round of golf (day of play, walk ins only).
2. Wearing of your mask is MANDATORY. Social distancing will be enforced:
   • Masks must be worn on Waikoloa Property grounds (Pro-shop, Starters station, when approaching the Beverage cart. 6’ social distancing at all times. You will be asked to leave if social distancing is violated.
3. Inter-Island travel from Oahu:
   • Effective 8-11-20, if you have travelled from Oahu, you will be asked to provide proof of 14-day quarantine (Flight Itinerary).
4. If you are ill, do not play. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
5. No coolers or Sand bottles will be supplied on the carts. You can bring a small cooler. No Alcoholic beverages can be brought to the course. Beverage cart is available.
6. Golf cart operations:
   • We have a limited number of carts. If you commuted together or live in the same household, you may share a cart.
7. 5-somes is a privilege and is currently allowed under the following conditions:
   • *Keep up with the group ahead or let faster groups play through.
   • **NO 6-SOMES are allowed at any time. You will be asked to break up.
   • ***If you refuse to break up, after being warned, you will be asked to leave.
8. CDC and Contact tracing:
   • We are required to verify information of each golfer. Golfers are responsible for providing contact information to staff when requested.

We realize that these are very trying times and Golfers are looking for some escape from the pandemic. Please be courteous to staff and with other players. We want to remain open, for your enjoyment, and request that you follow the simple rules that are in place.
