"Yolanda and the staff at Hometown Medical bent over backwards to get a bed delivered to my dad's house the same day. We were told the beds were really hard to come by. We were being kicked to the curb so to speak and only had a few hours to make arrangements. The bed is great and he loves it. The set up man very patiently explained how to control it and make adjustments. When he was done my dad climbed in an immediately was resting peacefully. The case worker at the hospital called many places for us. When Yolanda returned her call (one of the very few who did) she said, "I think I just got finished arranging the bed you were wanting." Sure enough she had just got off the phone with me. The case worker said she was keeping Yolanda and Hometown Medical as a primary resource. Thank You!"... more
