Mobile food trucks have exploded in popularity over the last few years, unveiling a number of innovative culinary creations and unique fusions of flavors. Food trucks represent a new area in cuisine, where uniqueness, creativity, and taste outweigh ambiance. Throughout New York City food trucks have created extraordinary dishes that have ignited a passionate following. Among the many mobile kitchens in NYC, a select few have been chosen by food truck connoisseurs as the best, lending a nomination at this year’s 9th Annual Vendy Awards.
