"An above and beyond company. I was doing a self move at the same time Transdimensional was working and all the staff were exceedingly courteous and friendly and cool as we shared the tight staircase. As we were struggling to bring our boxes down, they offered their own tools and tips to help us out. True professionals. What must be mentioned is that when my Uhaul van died out, Transdimensional not only went out of their way to help jump start the van - sticking with us through the hugely stressful confusion of figuring out what was wrong with it- they also sincerely offered to run to a gas station to grab gas in case the van was completely out. We were total strangers that Transdimensional (the boss Sariel in particular) took care of like community. An unreal and incredibly special encounter in NYC. They also had their move done in record time- I think the job was done in about 1.5 hours or less, many many flights of stairs and a broken elevator and a group of panicked kids with a dead uhaul later. Don't think that the time they spent to help us was time taken away from the move- they did both simultaneously with a focused, strong, and caring team. As my self move took 6 miserable hours- I would definitely choose Transdimensional in the future."... more

"What a great team! I was personally really challenged by this move and they were so understanding and really salvaged the situation. I ended up adding some packing help at the end which they accommodated with no problem. Everything arrived safely and it was easy and clear communication with the move lead, Wayne. "My last experience hiring movers in NYC was awful, so I was very nervous about moving again. Transdimensional Moving came highly recommended, and they definitely lived up to the hype. They were responsive to all my questions about moving, including whether my couch would fit through the front door. They were efficient-- completing my move in 2 hours flat. They took great care of my stuff; wrapping my cheapy Target particle board table like a family heirloom. They were also just very nice people. 10 stars. Would hire again.
