Improve your ergonomic comfort with reminders for correct desk setup. Setting up your desk can help minimize discomfort and improve your efficiency at work.  This video from WSJ provides a good overview of some basic desk ergonomics.  If you don’t have a desk and are considering one, consider one without the built-in desk drawers as these limit leg room and may be a knee knocker.  Also, make sure that your new desk depth allows room for your keyboard, mouse and monitors and proper viewing distance of your monitors.  We recommend a minimum depth of 24 inches but 30 inches will allow more room for proper visual distance and for other work tools and paperwork.
