Active shooter training standards will soon have further regulation in regard to OSHA. Gone are the days a business will be able to be complacent and send out a short video on the Run, Hide, Fight model. This is much needed, however a severe deficit and strategic flaw still exists. Currently, only one program in existence has ever been so bold to state exactly what to do, exactly how to do it, when to do it, provide contingencies within those strategies, and provide solutions for handicapped and special needs persons.
