High Point Land Company is pleased to announce our expansion into ranches and rural property sales in the beautiful state of Colorado.
“Colorado has been a place of interest for our firm to expand for the past several years for a couple of reasons”, says Jacob Hart, CEO/Founder at High Point Land Company “We have had clients in the past complete 1031 exchanges into CRP farms in Eastern Colorado as well as want to expand their recreational holdings outside of the Midwest to hunt and fish many species the state is known for. It has been very common over the years for clients to be headed out west after visiting the Fish Hatchery in Decorah, IA, the National Trout Center in Preston, MN or western Wisconsin while fishing the entire Driftless Region and start looking at rural real estate or end up purchasing a ranch. The state of Colorado Parks and Wildlife department has done a great job with their natural resources and attracting people from all over the world to their beautiful natural resources.”
Kyle Lopez of Divide, Colorado will be the firm’s first licensee. Lopez has extensive hunting, ranching and rural property experience as a licensed outfitter in the state of Colorado. Lopez is also the owner of KB Outdoors, a very successful outfitter and hunt consulting business assisting clients from all over the world.
