Kevin has been a part of the Bomber Crew since January of 2014. Kevin is a veteran CrossFit athlete who started back when CrossFit Wright-Pat was still a vibrant entity of Wright-Patterson AFB. Kevin has quietly made huge strides in the gym – you’ll find Kevin’s name at the top of the leader board in workouts heavy on double-unders, running or body weight movements. His calculating presence helps him find the right push through many workouts, he can also spot many of the traps and tricks written into the workouts each day. Kevin typically WODs in the afternoon classes, but has been know to dabble with the early morning sessions on occasion. If you know how to challenge him, Kevin has quite the competitive side and will fight tooth-and-nail to win. 1.What do you like the most about Bombers CrossFit?
All of the great coaches and every athlete who walks through the door is easily the best part about Bombers CrossFit. No matter how bad of a day I've had at work I know that I'm going to have bombers to look forward to and to push me to not only get better at CrossFit, but also to be a better person.
2.What is your favorite WOD or movement and/or what is you least favorite WOD or movement?
Double unders and rope climbs are the best, but overhead squats are easily the worst.
3.What is one thing the Bomber Crew should know about you?
I'm an aerospace engineer who works on base and loves Houston Astros baseball.
