The Julianna venue estate sits on over 33 acres of farmland canopied by trees yet open to rolling hills of greenery and unobstructed skies. Make your way through our grand entrance of staggered stone pillars and open fields leading you through a sequestered path to our elegant estate. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a structure of charm and character conveniently located in the West Knoxville area yet seemingly worlds away. 

When you choose The Julianna for your wedding location, you will receive exclusive use of the property for up to the entire weekend. You can choose from a variety of packages to best suit what you are looking for. We offer versatility for the ideal setting for your special event with a farmhouse, an array of dining rooms in our main reception hall, elegant common areas, outdoor leisure space, a range of ceremony and reception options, including a spectacular courtyard area.

This beautiful, newly built, climate-controlled reception hall offers 6000+ square feet of space includes a huge ballroom with an open layout, an enormous dual-sided stone fireplace, beautifully appointed facilities and a large prep kitchen. The reception hall has an elegant style that blends seamlessly with the rest of this one-of-a-kind property.

The Julianna offers two separate areas (located in different buildings on the property) for your wedding party to prepare for your day. Our bridal suite is a separate room located in the main reception hall. The suite comes equipped with a hair and makeup bar, a private restroom, an antique armoire for storage, comfy couches, and chairs to offer plenty of space for you and your bridal party to relax and enjoy. 

You and your bridesmaids can also spend a relaxing day at the farmhouse. Imbued with classic farmhouse style, the 2,000 square foot farmhouse has a large sunroom overlooking the beautiful scenery, a huge kitchen and dining area, multiple baths and a wrap-around porch. There is ample space to relax and spend the day with your bridal party while getting ready. In addition, if you'd like to stay overnight on the property, the farmhouse is available to accommodate you and your family or wedding party. The groom and his groomsmen will be in the groom’s lounge. This space offers a large living area with comfy couches, a dining table, a television, and a private restroom. Both bridal party spaces are beautifully decorated and perfect for fun "day of" pictures. Each space also has tons of natural lighting along with neutral tones throughout to complement the aesthetic of your wedding day photos.
